Yes, that's exactly what I was talking about. I was hoping that the PDF import extension would let me fill out the form (sorry for bad English, I think I said "fill in" earlier, maybe that's not the same thing) PDF and SAVE it. Saving it as/converting it to ODF would be an extra bonus… J.S.
As an experiment, I tried that last week. I imported the PDF into draw and then create a 1 x 1 table, where I wanted to enter some text. That area turned blue and I was able to type into it. After the info is filled in, simply export as PDF.
