Hello Winson, Your explanation isn't very clear, and the subject of your mail even less. Please tell us which OS you have (Windows Vista, Mac Leopard,...) Where did you download from (www.openoffice.org ?) and what did you do once the download was complete? You should double-click on the exe or dmg file you downloaded to make it unpack and install (on mac: drag the OOo icon to the Programs icon).
