There are *TWO* crashreps in the screendump, and the second says
"Openoffice.org 3.0".  Most likely this file contains all we need for
the first stage of diagnosis.

I suggest you do the following:

 1. Use Notepad or similar, to look at the contents of the crashrep, 
    and look for personal information that you would rather not share
    with the world.  (Most likely there is none, but just in case.)
    Anonymize such information by overwriting, eg. with a string like

        [----Anonymized------]

    Avoid making the file longer or shorter, just in case the length of
    the text strings are of concern later.  Just turn on overwrite mode,
    and type over.  Using [ and ] for the first and last position helps
    make it clear which characters are original, and which ones
    constitute your overwrite.

 2. Send the resulting crashrep as an attachment in a mail to this list.
    (Um, does this list accept attachments?)

It is not the desktop. It is explorer, showing the contents of a folder
named "program".
