Thanks, I have been trying this, as that is what the instructions say,
BUT I have now found that on the Mac  Ctrl+cllick does nothing.

You need to click on the control, which selects both the data control
and label (as does cntrl+click) and then hold down the Command key and
click on the data control again to select it without the label. then
clicking again opens up the context menu.

All a bit confusing until you realise how it works. :-)
