* Use the toolbar button to create bulleted list (just click on the
button- *do not* edit the list options in the list option dialog box.
Does the list you just created use the style you edited? It didn't for me.
It seems (after working with Max on IRC- thanks Max!) that what tripped
me up is a known bug:

Which is set to "OOo later".
Oh well. I hope some others vote for it so we can get a fix.
