None of them! There is no document specific dictionaries. All dictionaries will be used in all documents. If you want to use just specific dictionaries you can enable/disable them in the Dialog "Tools/Options - Language Settings - Writing Aids". And since soffice.dic and sun.dic are to be used by all user and thus located in the share layer they can't be edited unless you have admin rights. But still it would be a bad idea to edit them since the dictionaries in the share layer will just get replaced by new versions when updating OO. Thus the only sensible choice is to make use of standard.dic or to create a new dictionary (with a language assigned) in the above mentioned dialog. I think the latter is the best solution if you want to make and keep a word list of your own.
