If that is a tech support team you have a paid contract with, then you
sent your request to the wrong address.  If you were looking for
gratis support, then you sent it to the right place.

a) What operating system do those people use;
b) What email client do those people use;
c) What program did they use to open the document with;
d) What file format was the document sent in;
e) What was the _exact_ wording of the warning they allegedly received;
f) What email client did you use, to send the document with;

Unless you have a contract that you paid for, support on this list
occurs when it is convenient for the individual list-subscriber, not
the requester.
