     Unless you want to add the text in a header, you can not. The first 
cell's content of the table acts like the first character of the page: 
you can not before it.
     There is a work around of sorts. But it requires much more work 
than cutting and pasting. It involves merging the top row, creating an 
extra row at the bottom, moving everything in the table down one row, 
removing some of the borders of the top row, and possibly more.
