Hi ...
I bought Office Applications for Mac OS X, and I've tried to install
it seven times. Each time, I get a message that says the installation
failed and I must install again. Clearly, something is wrong with the
installation disk. (I have 10.4.1, which I just purchased, along with
Office Applications.
The Apple Store won't let me return opened software, so what is my
next step?
