OpenOffice.org is a free download from www.openoffice.org.  All you have
to do is determine which type of Mac you have and then download &
install the appropriate version.  Also, while 3.0.0 is the current
version, 3.0.1 should be out soon.  Since OOo is available for free, you
might want to mention it to others on your non-profit board and anyone
else you can think of.  It's available for Windows, Mac, Linux and other
operating systems, so it's great for exchanging documents and it can
also work well with Microsoft Office files.
