My goal is to use Open Office so I can communicate better with the PC
world. I'm on a non-profit Board and have to use, forward, amend many
documents that come in Word format. Ditto for Excel worksheets. They
don't seem to transfer well to Apple Numbers.
Where do I go now to find out what to do next...
Thanks,
Josie
Have you successfully installed it on your Mac?
Once it is installed, there is a help system provided with the software,
which may help you get started using the software. There are also user
guides available on the Documentation wiki, or downloadable as free PDFs
from the Documentation Project's website or books you can buy from
Lulu.com on the web. http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation
http://documentation.openoffice.org/
Also many other instruction books are available for purchase from other
people. This page on the OpenOffice.org website will give you a lot of
choices: http://support.openoffice.org/
You can ask specific questions on this list or on the Community Forum,
