Hi, I just downloaded Open Office on my new MacBook (OS X 10.5.5) this afternoon in Firefox and have encountered a pretty tough problem. After following the instructions, I inputted my name and other info to begin using the software when everything locked up. The program is now frozen and will not even force quit. When I do try to do that, I am told that Open Office has timed out, and to click continue to force quit. I do, and nothing works. I tried to redownload the program, but can't install it because I can't close Open Office. I've used Macs before (never with Open Office, though), and am hoping for some help. (And to also restart my computer.) Any tips?
