No. But there are so-called pdf editors of varying functionality.
Cost is usually less than $100. I use an OCR program called ReadIris
that converts pdf files to text files--other OCR programs also have
this functionality.
kword, part of the KDE that comes with Mandrake and numerous other Linux
distros, will open and convert pdfs. I'm not certain, but I seem to
have heard hints that KDE is available for windows as well.
