This being said, most attachments are stripped from mails sent to tghe list.
However, odt, ods etc. get through, which is sometimes useful to have easy
access to an example of a problem encountered by a OP.
This explains why I was seeing OOo file attachments come through into
the list the other day (I was curious about the policy for this in the
list). Thank you for this explanation, Guy.

I did not know that ODF attachments are allowed.
I would have offered a few, like a great landscape
style calendar in a spreadsheet file.
Well, may look at some options, some problems, etc.,
and either attach or link the file to the email(s).
