Does anyone else use "doPDF" to "print" PDF files?
It seems faster than even Adobe's system. It is free
and works with Vista, which my Actobat Pro 6 and 7 would not.
If there is any trouble with PDF Exporting with OOo, then
use that free external PDF "printer", which will work for
all your programs.
It is great that OOo exports to PDF, I use to use it all
the time, since it worked better half the time than
Acrobat 6 and 7 on my XP system. doPDF works better and
it is free. Maybe someone can get an open-source PDF
printer and use it's coding to help with the OOo project.
So, until then, if there is trouble in the Windows environment,
look for doPDF. I do not know if it is in any other
OS's. But there are bound to be some free one for the other
OS systems. doPDF is the best of the free ones for Windows
that work on XP and Vista.

Thanks; I have already sent this information to the developers. We are
more interested in users or organizations who want to extend OpenOffice
in the fields where wee also have knowledge and interest, therefore I wrote
to this users list.
You should ask the good folks who maintain the Go-oo fork:
go-oo.org
We are open to consider other adaptations on demand, apart from the PDF-export
ones.
On demand? I have two KDE bugs that I _need_ solved, feel like working
on Kmail a bit in exchange for some beer?
