I actually had two emails from a Webmaster - one about the download
to register and a second for my password, I just deleted those emails
after the response from Brian Barker. When I went in to register OO,
I found I was already registered. Unfortunately I still cannot open
and/or download most of the files
I needed. I did have OO once before while I was taking Mac classes
at Adult Education. Unfortunately,
they discontinued the classes just when it was getting interesting,
someone had stolen 25 new Mac computers, and their old computers
could no longer be used. I'm just an old, frustrated lady who feels
I do not know enough - I'll keep on plugging. Thank you for your
response.

My password expired before I could use it. I really do need Open

in this country.
Do I have to re-register?
What password are you referring to? There's no password and you don't
have to register for anything, if you download OpenOffice.org from
www.openoffice.org. I hope you didn't pay someone for downloading it.
