What's the URL (address) of the website you're going to? What files
are you trying to download? Which ones aren't opening for you? (Please
give the complete filenames.)
What type of Mac and which operating system are you using? (If you're
uncertain, go to the Apple menu in the upper left corner of the screen
and select "About This Mac".)
