Earlier, I wrote:

Seems to me like some more lobbying of Apple to provide the ability to
save from iWork to the various OpenDocument formats would be a good idea
-- unless that ability is there, just not mentioned in their promotional
material. Some Apple programs do save to ODF, but I don't know whether
the components of iWork do.
There was a petition going around on this subject a year or so ago.
