In this case OOo/SUN may be able to hammer the site as it uses
openoffice.org in it's URL. OpenOffice.org is trademarked in the United
States. Note: the actual _domain name_ is org-suite-3.com, so Jeremy
Fisher can easily drop the 'openoffice' part of the URL. However, given
the fact that he used it in the URL to sell links to OOo
servers/mirrors, Perhaps OOo/SUN could go after him, at least, for
trademark violations.
