This is strange as rtf is supposed to be a fully documented standard,
unlike the doc format.
Since I need this form, could someone convert it properly to .odt ?

I just finished writing bylaws for a soccer club and its saved in rtf
format but when moving the document between board members - those who
use Office have one formatting and those of us who use OO have another.
Im not all that impressed with rtf support.
