I don't know what is expected of me here, but I am looking for Microsoft Word or Word Perfect - for word processing. I haven't the slightest clue about this web site. Afriend said I needed to go here to get the programs I need.. WHAT MUST I DO TO OBTAIN EITHER OF THESE TWO PROGRAMS? Pat Bozeman
