Those are two commercial applications, that you have to pay for. Or did he say you can find an excellent word processor here? OpenOffice.org is a full office suite, comparable to Microsoft Office. It includes a word processor called "Writer", which can be used as you would Word or Word Perfect. Best of all, unlike those other two, it's a free download, from www.openoffice.org.
