Hi. I am trying to convert the forms that we use into a read-only
document that would contain form fields. What I did was to insert a
table with the document itself, and then insert text and text boxes
inside. it was okay when i was still working on it, but then after some
time, i noticed that the text and check boxes i had placed were now not
aligned with the text beside it. i was wondering how i could fix this
problem. i tried to change the style that applied to the boxes, but i
can't seem to determine which style applies to the frames - or perhaps i
am looking at the wrong style.
later on when i'm done with the layout, i would like to export this into
a pdf or have it opened as a read-only document, but with the proper
fields being able to take in data such as text, dates and numbers.
nothing complicated, nor does it have to work with a database.
if someone is willing to look at the actual form, i am willing to send
it as an attachment.
