Well then Help > Contents > Index > Search term > saving;options is
probably what you want. If not then it is likely not a feature of
saving. Maybe export is what you want. e.g. PDF.

BTW, no need to be cross. We are a number of 
people who voluntarily help out people having problems with 
OpenOffice, or having trouble working out how to use it.  Keep in mind 
that any help you receive will come from a volunteer who's being nice, 
not someone who's paid to help.
