[users] Password failed.

I have tried several times to register in to Open Office, but there was an 
interruption to my email service and I was 'timed out'.  I could not use the 
back button on my internet page as requested, because it was 'greyed out'.
Do I need to start again from the beginning, or is there some way I can use the 
password given to me?
