Dear Users, I wrote a text document and I saved it in MS Word (I
tried to save it in Documents and folder) when I tried to open it I
get the message "invalid format". When I tried to retrieve the text
in the email as attachments I cannot retrieve it directly from Office
Org because the way I saved it. It is obvious that PDF will bypass
the problem but a lot of persons are still using Word. Any
suggestions? Sending directly the document gives me the error
0x800CCCoE socket 10060 which I tried to purge through a registry fix

Hi Arlette

Could the problem be the lack of the file type extension? Check that in
the Save dialogue "Automatic File Name Extension" is checked (ticked).
