Dear Users, I wrote a text document and I saved it in MS Word (I tried to save it in Documents and folder) when I tried to open it I get the message "invalid format". When I tried to retrieve the text in the email as attachments I cannot retrieve it directly from Office Org because the way I saved it. It is obvious that PDF will bypass the problem but a lot of persons are still using Word. Any suggestions? Sending directly the document gives me the error 0x800CCCoE socket 10060 which I tried to purge through a registry fix and did not succeed. I work with Vista. Thank you Arlette
Hi Arlette Could the problem be the lack of the file type extension? Check that in the Save dialogue "Automatic File Name Extension" is checked (ticked).
