Yes Early in the install process there is anoption button 'advanced'. One of these options lets you specify the install directory; and you could specify f:\
As for data files, use tools | options | paths to edit the 'My Documents' location, and any others that you want on f:\ I havn't used OOo in multi user form so I don't kow for sure, but each user probably has to set his/her own data location.
