Is it any easier to harvest my e-mail address from my sig below than
from the e-mail headers of this post? Isn't my e-mail address already
exposed?

Another hint: It is not a good idea to put your mailing address, phone number
etc on your emails to any on line mailing list as anyone in the world can read
these and possibly harvest that information for dishonest uses.
