we like to change from Office 2004 (Mac) to OpenOffice 3.0.1. Now we are
used to the printing screen from Excel with the possibilities to print
the selection and scale to fit. I think it is a major problem for
my colleges. I send you the images from Excel and OO so you can see what

I hope you have solution for this problem.
As pointed out by Brian, the scaling can be set in the page formatting
dialog, tab Sheet.
What makes it also more easy to use :
in the print preview, use the menu Format|Page or the button Format page
from the toolbar. Changes in the scaling mode will be visible directly
in the print preview.
