When using Microsoft excel, when you click on a cell in the bottom

o Copy cells
o Fill series
o Fill formatting only
o Fill without formatting
In OpenOfficeOrg Calc I can only fill series. How do can I change
that option to, Copy cells or Fill formatting only?
There are few additional things you can do in Calc:
o If you hold down the Ctrl key while you drag the fill handle, Calc
will copy the value rather than increment it.
o Fill cells in part of one column with values (possibly using the
fill handle). Put sample values into the top row of some adjacent
columns. Select all these sample cells together. Now double-click
the fill handle. Calc fills the block with values.
o Select the range of cells you want to fill. Go to Edit | Fill > |
Series... . Select options and insert values as appropriate.
You can copy formatting in a number of ways:
o Copy the source cell. Select the target range. Go to Edit |
Paste Special... (or right-click | Paste Special... or
Ctrl+Shift+V). In the Paste Special dialogue, select options as appropriate.
o Use the Format Paintbrush in the Standard toolbar.
I trust this helps.
