Yes, at work.  I have downloaded this software before without any problems.
I have tried different sites and received the same results.  Yes, I am
downloading from openoffice.org.  If I abort and restart, it is downloading
at the same rate of speed.  I purchased a disk and I could not install it
for some reason.
