additionally, here's an easy way to find the number.
Go to the link given below, and perform a search... until you open a message 
you want to get. If this message is on the screen, the URL will be something 
like:

http://www.openoffice.org/servlets/ReadMsg?listName=users&msgNo=XXXXXX

the XXXXXX will show the message number.
