Probably this is caused by your antivirus program.
Check your download OpenOffice.org file against
the published MD5SUM. If they match, isolate your
computer, disable your antivirus, run the install
again. It should install this way. Then restart your
antivirus program again. Then you can put your
computer back on the net again.
