my name is chris walker. occasionally i get emails with attachments, and when i 
try to open them...i get a notice saying i need to install open office org 
(productivity suite)...to view these attachments. i have then tried to download 
this many times...without success. (i am not a proficient computer user)...i 
tried again tonight, following whatever prompts i could...and ended up 
'registering'. but i still cannot access these attachments on the emails. 
obviously i am doing something wrong...can you help me with instructions to 
successfully 'download' open office org???? so that i can view email 
attachments   regards. chris.
