I think you're confusing "link to" with "linked from". The authors of
a website only control the first links, but can't do much (even if
that website *is* the best source on a given argument) to have it
linked from other websites.

We *are* a better source of ODF info than Wikipedia. It's not really
our fault if Wikipedia has the reputation it has. This said:

maybe I missed something at the beginning of the thread, but at least
as far as I'm concerned, I'm not complaining and there's no problem to
solve at all. I care very, very little about the quality of ODF info
at Wikipedia and never link to it anyway. Me, I stepped in to point
out why, in general, it's useless to spend time trying to fix
Wikipedia when it gets something wrong.
