What about comma separated values, cvs? I believe Quickbooks can import those. I know that OpenOffice.org and Excel can export in that format.

One of the first things you should probably do is update to OO.o version 3.1 as

It is an ASUS that only has 4GB to run everything. So if there are downloads, can I automatically just update the ones that I have on it at present? (Actually, come to think of it, I believe I put it on my external harddrive, but I still limited it to the 3. I think parts of it are still connected into the main computer).
