If you have a row or column that you want formatted this way,
highlight the entire row(click the row number) or column(click the
column letter). Right click the highlighted row or column and select
Format Cells in the context menu. Make sure the "Numbers" tab is
selected. Click "Date" in the Category list. Down close to the bottom
of the Format Cells window is the Format code box. Enter MMMM DD (that
is four capital M's a space and two capital D's). Click the green check
to add this to the Format list. Click OK.
