In Excel you just have to select the chart to print it. That doesn't
work either.
Got to Tools, Options, Calc and make sure that "Print only selected
sheets" is checked. Then if you have one graph on a sheet, only that
graph will be printed. Scale the graph so that it fills the page as you
want.
