Good afternoon, I am writing because I would like to get a refund for the purchase of this product. I purchased this product because it was less expensive than Microsoft Office, but when I attempted to open a MS PowerPoint document it would not open properly. Therefore, I am still going to have to purchase MS Office and do not need your product as well. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
