The file was stripped because the list does not send attachments. You
can host it at some file-hosting site, or send the file to me and I
will host it for you for a time so that other list members can see it.
But in attition to solving this problem, you should tell the
newsletter source not to send in Word format. Word format does not
even look the same in all versions of Word, and not every has Word (I
don't, and many people that I know do not). He should send in PDF,
which is designed exactly for that purpose.
