FYI to all. The steps I gave Randal, are mostly in the user guide,
( http://documentation.openoffice.org/manuals/OOo1.x.x/printed.html )
around page 175. I say mostly because there is no step-by-step and the
warning about setting up the printer has its own section but it is all
there.

Nonetheless I have added the step-by-step to the FAQ on documentation
for Writer. See
