FYI to all. The steps I gave Randal, are mostly in the user guide, ( http://documentation.openoffice.org/manuals/OOo1.x.x/printed.html ) around page 175. I say mostly because there is no step-by-step and the warning about setting up the printer has its own section but it is all there. Nonetheless I have added the step-by-step to the FAQ on documentation for Writer. See http://documentation.openoffice.org/faqs/word_processing/048.html -- PLEASE KEEP MESSAGES ON THE LIST.
