My wife is a long-time Excel user and now, after my having convinced her
to do so, she has adopted OOo/ Calc. She has set up a 7 sheet workbook,
each with data, etc., but only 1 of these 7 sheets is displayed in print
preview. It doesn't matter what sheet she is actually on, when she does
print preview it is only this one sheet that shows up. I ran the
workbook on my machine and the same thing happens for me too. No matter
what sheet I open, highlight a selection and print preview I either get
a blank screen or only the one page (the same sheet she gets).
Chronologically, this one sheet is not the first to have been created.
Also, printing defaults to either printing this same sheet or the entire
workbook, but I think that I have been able to fix that.
If it happened only on her machine, then it may well be just her set up
- but that it happens on my machine as well, running a more recent
version of OOo (3.0.5) makes me wonder if the file is corrupted or Calc
just doesn't do this kind of operation very well.
I cannot understand it, and don't really know enough about Calc to even
make an informed guess why this might be so. I do know that she is not
a happy camper about this, so I would like to be able to offer her a fix
ASAP.
Any suggestions?
