My wife is a long-time Excel user and now, after my having convinced her to do so, she has adopted OOo/ Calc. She has set up a 7 sheet workbook, each with data, etc., but only 1 of these 7 sheets is displayed in print preview. It doesn't matter what sheet she is actually on, when she does print preview it is only this one sheet that shows up.
Is there a print range defined on the sheet that prints? Note that if a print range is defined anywhere in a Calc spreadsheet, then nothing outside a print range is printed anywhere in the spreadsheet; this doesn't apply just to the sheet the print range is on. In other words, if any sheet or sheets have a print range defined, then any sheet without any defined print range will be outside the print range and will not print at all.
o If you do not mean to have a print range on the page that prints, go to Format | Print Ranges > | Remove to correct this.
o If you do mean to have a print range on the page that prints, you must define print ranges on each of the other pages that you wish to print, including all the material that you wish to print from those sheets.
