Dear Joe and Users,
Please forgive me for assumptions that I made in error concerning
OpenOffice.org.
I have downloaded it for free and it works really well and I'm excited about
being able to use this program.
My computer went dows two weeks ago and I'm sure all my frustrations are
coming out. I just turned 72 and consider myself to be fairly computer
literate. When I followed the OpenOffice.org link I had it took me to a
screen where I had to register and then send $7.99 to download the program.
I guess I'm out the $8 but that's OK.
Thanks again to all you User people who graciously responded to the problem
I was trying to solve.
Joe, please make sure this gets on the user list so all the good people out
there get my note.

;need to pay anyone. You maybe can get your money back if you raise
enough stink with whoever you paid for this free product..
