1) Did it ever print correctly? What version of OOo?
2) Run spadmin (etither globally from where your network install was
done or locally from where your user install was done) and see what
printers are installed in OOo. Add some if necessary.
While you're there, use the printer test to make sure it works.
Search this list for prior posts on setting up fax printers and using
kprinter, etc. for more things you can do in spadmin.
