Hi there,
In case nobody has mentioned, your website is incredibly difficult to use.
You have to be an expert just to query.
Hello Camille,

Well, yes a few people have commented on the website in the past. All I can say is that there are people continually working to make it better.

As for a query - I'm gonna take a guess here that you are referring to the issue tracker...what you don't find that interface intuitive...ROFL...

OK - what follows is a query string that you can paste into your browser (note you will need to clean up line breaks most likely when pulled from the emial here) - this query will give you all issues for the Mac platform and the Spreadsheet application that are waiting confirmation, new, started or recently verified as fixed but not yet closed.

http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/buglist.cgi?issue_type=DEFECT;issue_type=ENHANCEMENT;issue_type=FEATURE;issue_type=PATCH;component=Spreadsheet;issue_status=UNCONFIRMED;issue_status=NEW;issue_status=STARTED;issue_status=REOPENED;issue_status=RESOLVED;issue_status=VERIFIED;rep_platform=Macintosh;email1=;emailtype1=exact;emailassigned_to1=1;email2=;emailtype2=exact;emailreporter2=1;issueidtype=include;issue_id=;changedin=;votes=;chfieldfrom=;chfieldto=;chfieldvalue=;short_desc=;short_desc_type=allwords;long_desc=;long_desc_type=allwords;issue_file_loc=;issue_file_loc_type=fulltext;status_whiteboard=;status_whiteboard_type=fulltext;keywords=;keywords_type=anytokens;field0-0-0=noop;type0-0-0=noop;value0-0-0=;namedcmd=Base%20RFE;newqueryname=;Submit%20query=Submit%20query&order=issues.issue_id

When the list of issues is displayed if you look at the bottom of the page you will see where you can Edit the query - do this and the query data input form will open showing what controls I used and what values I selected in each - with that you should be able to refine your own queries in the future.

Anyway - I don't see anything specifically for 'undo' but maybe you will see something that sparks an idea.

After an hour of frustration I finally decided to register and send a
question. Now it won't accept my name and password.

ah well registering at an OO.o site... I'm guessing you actually realize this, but just in case - subscribing to the mailing list is not the same as registering with the site. Registering at one of the OO.o sites, say the main web site, does not register you at all of the other sites (extensions, templates, forums..etc). [Note many have called for a consolidated user account system either via LADP or OpenID or ???...that is not getting a lot of traction, but has a slow boil of interest forming)

If you are sure you registered with the site - you should of gotten a confirmation email, if you didn't get that then most likely that is the problem - in any case an email to webmaster at openoffice.org is the place to get that resolved.

One other thing - there is a project at the main web site - http://porting.openoffice.org/ in the email lists for that project you will find a list specific to the Mac port...maybe take a look that list also.

This is the smallest of the problems experienced. OpenOffice.org makes
Microsoft look really good.
Yes - there can be days like that...

Best wishes,

Drew
