Doesn't anyone use the automatic update feature on openoffice itself? When
there's an update available a little thingy pops up in the upper-righthand
corner of the windows informing me about it. I just click on it and the
installation is done automatically. I don't use windows since it's way too
complicated for an old geezer like myself ;) so maybe windows doesn't have
this feature. You can also find it in the help menu where there's an item
called "Check for updates". It also lets you know if there are updates for
your extensions.
Cheers,
jonathan
