Hi Nawaz,

Sure - when you save your file from OpenOffice.org you will need to do 'save as' and select a Microsoft file format, such as word. -or- you will need to have MSO 2007 sp2 in which case they offer the ability to open an ODF file, the type made by default from OO.o.

Another option is to use an add-on which allows you open these ODF files under older versions of MSO.
