But is is *highly* unlikely that they know that. It is equally unlikely that they have any realistic way of finding that out. The reason they are not subscribed is that they are newbies. They are not computer geeks like you and me. They are brain surgeons or secretaries or whatever who need help using a new piece of software, or even an old piece of software in a new way.
