Hello all, my version of OpenOffice is the 3.1 and i have the following error:
i had opened my file and i was working on it. I had a problem with the battery of my laptop and the power supply, so when i was working on my file, the PC switched off. After restarting my file was not in my work folder as ever: it disappeared. Every time i open OpenOffice it try to restore the file (even it is not in my folder as i told) but the restoring process can't restore the file. I've tried to search for the ODT file and restore it by using some free file recovery application but even there the file is not present, i can find only old link to that file and other stuff that have no significance. Please, can you yell how to have restored the file?
